Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Night Auditor to ensure a safe and smooth overnight operation at their hotel in 's-Hertogenbosch. As a night receptionist, you are the first point of contact for guests and handle administrative tasks during the quiet hours.
What you will do
- Check guests in and out
- Handle guest questions during the night
- Ensure safety and order in and around the hotel
- Prepare and process administrative and financial reports
- Report unusual occurrences to morning shift
- Support colleagues with room service and lobby presentation
What you bring
- Independent and responsible
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible and available for night shifts including weekends
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality or similar position
- Knowledge of reservation system Opera
