Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for an F&B Management Trainee to join their team in Amsterdam. This internship offers hands-on experience in overseeing daily operations in the bar, restaurant, and breakfast areas. You will support management in implementing service improvements and training team members.

What you will do

Oversee daily operations in bar, restaurant, and breakfast areas
Assist with staff supervision, task delegation, and scheduling
Support management in implementing hotel standards and service improvements
Train and mentor team members
Assist with inventory management and cost control
Analyze guest feedback and operational data

What you bring

Currently pursuing an MBO/HBO degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Affinity for hotels and hospitality
Eagerness to grow into a leadership role
Fluency in English
Eligibility to work in the EU/EEA or enrollment in a Dutch institution

Nice to have

Dutch proficiency
