About the job

Hudl is looking for a Software Engineer II to join their Embedded Platform team in 's-Hertogenbosch. You will support hardware squads with CI/CD integration and build development tools for engineers. This hybrid role involves maintaining infrastructure and rolling out software updates to customer cameras.

What you will do

  • Support hardware squads with CI/CD integration
  • Build and improve development tools for engineers
  • Maintain CI/CD infrastructure and regression testing
  • Roll out software updates to customer cameras
  • Provide tooling for contract manufacturers
  • Own problems in an autonomous squad

What you bring

  • Experience with Yocto
  • Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Scripting and tooling skills in Bash and Python
  • Comfortable with Docker and Linux system administration
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted development

Nice to have

  • Experience with over-the-air update frameworks
  • Experience with manufacturing tooling
  • Experience with embedded platforms and SoC BSPs
  • Comfortable reading and debugging C/C++ code
  • Experience with security vulnerability management
