Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an experienced logistics leader to manage end-to-end processes in a warehouse environment. As Abteilungsleiter Logistik, you will lead teams, drive operational performance, and contribute to logistics projects at the Sevenum location.

What you will do

Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and their management teams
Take full responsibility for end-to-end logistics processes in assigned warehouse areas
Manage operational performance using KPIs and ensure corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety, labor law, and quality standards
Contribute to and lead logistics projects
Report structured updates to the Director Logistics

What you bring

Completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or comparable commercial qualification
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics or warehouse environment
Experience in a leading operational role
Proven experience leading large operational teams across multiple management levels
Strong ability to manage performance and productivity using KPIs
Solid knowledge of Lean methods and continuous improvement processes
