About the job
Join Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum as a PKA for prescription processing. You will handle customer inquiries, maintain prescription data, and collaborate with pharmaceutical teams.

- Clarify questions about prescription orders with customers or doctors
- Provide customer service and communicate with customers
- Maintain prescription data in the pharmacy information system
- Follow regulations and safety procedures
- Exchange with pharmaceutical teams
- Contribute to improving workflows
What you bring
- Completed PKA training
- Passion for pharmaceutical advice
- Service-oriented and friendly customer communication, especially by phone
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
- Routine with pharmaceutical systems and MS Office
- High accuracy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility
