Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for retail media data, measurement, and auction strategy. In this hybrid role based in Sevenum, you will shape auction performance, define data requirements, and develop reporting capabilities for advertisers.

What you will do

Own product strategy and roadmap for auction performance, data, measurement, and reporting
Shape auction strategy by defining requirements and improving bidding, ranking, and relevance
Define advertising tracking requirements, event taxonomies, and data contracts
Ensure advertising data is ingested into the Unified Data Platform for reporting and optimization
Develop measurement and reporting capabilities for advertisers
Partner with data science, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business needs into solutions

What you bring

Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience
Experience with data products, analytics, AdTech, marketing technology, or e-commerce
End-to-end product ownership from discovery to continuous improvement
Strong understanding of data products, analytics, and measurement
Technical fluency to collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and software engineers
Working understanding of SQL, data modeling, reporting, or BI tools

Nice to have

Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Engineer
Familiarity with digital advertising and auction mechanics
Exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, or marketing analytics
Experience building data products or platforms from 0 to 1
