Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to coordinate group-wide financial planning and forecasting. In this role, you will act as a finance partner to HR and Pharma Operations leadership, driving performance management cycles and improving forecasting accuracy.
What you will do
- Coordinate group-wide financial planning and forecasting processes
- Own planning and performance management cycles for HR and Pharma Operations
- Prepare monthly performance analyses and management presentations
- Analyze financial performance and operational KPIs
- Improve forecasting accuracy and planning methodologies
- Act as finance partner to HR and Pharma Operations leadership
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
- Four to six years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial planning and performance management
- Solid financial-modelling skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and analytical tools like Power Query
- Confident communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with Pigment or another enterprise planning platform
