Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to coordinate group-wide financial planning and forecasting. In this role, you will act as a finance partner to HR and Pharma Operations leadership, driving performance management cycles and improving forecasting accuracy.

Coordinate group-wide financial planning and forecasting processes
Own planning and performance management cycles for HR and Pharma Operations
Prepare monthly performance analyses and management presentations
Analyze financial performance and operational KPIs
Improve forecasting accuracy and planning methodologies
Act as finance partner to HR and Pharma Operations leadership

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
Four to six years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or financial analysis
Strong understanding of financial planning and performance management
Solid financial-modelling skills
Highly proficient in Excel and analytical tools like Power Query
Confident communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders
