Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Application Owner to manage the operational lifecycle of warehouse management ERP applications. In this hybrid role based in Sevenum, you will drive incident management, root cause analysis, and sustainable improvements.
What you will do
- Own operational lifecycle of warehouse management ERP applications
- Drive incident management and root cause analysis
- Handle L1/L2 application operations and collaborate on L3 topics
- Support operational readiness and solution validation for changes
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements
- Build and maintain operational documentation and runbooks
What you bring
- 3+ years experience supporting or managing warehouse management ERP processes
- Analytical skills for root cause analysis and sustainable improvements
- Understanding of application lifecycle and IT service management principles
- Collaborative with business stakeholders, ERP consultants, and developers
- Proactive mindset with interest in AI and automation
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience with ITIL
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365
- German language skills
