About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Supervisor to join their Control Tower in Venlo. In this role, you will coordinate daily warehouse operations and drive performance to meet KPIs. You will lead daily meetings with Team Leaders and manage staff scheduling.

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and achieve KPIs
- Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders for planning and staffing
- Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day
- Manage staff scheduling with Workforce Planning
- Coach and motivate team for high performance
What you bring
- MBO working level with experience or HBO starter
- Minimum 1 year as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor
- Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts
