About the job

Anyone Ai is looking for a Data & Operations Specialist to support cross-functional teams by designing automation workflows and building BI dashboards. This is a fully remote role where you will work with tools like Zapier, Hubspot, and Looker Studio to streamline internal processes.

What you will do

Support cross-functional teams with data and automation needs
Design and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Typeform, Hubspot, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable, and external APIs
Build and maintain BI dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Sheets
Use lightweight database solutions like Supabase to structure and sync data across internal processes

What you bring

Strong hands-on experience with Zapier, Hubspot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, APIs, and process automation tools
Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar BI tools
Solid understanding of databases and comfort with no-code/low-code systems like Airtable and Notion, and basic SQL with Supabase
Proven background in workflow automation and operations management
Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple processes in parallel

Nice to have

Experience with Python, n8n, Lovable, or similar automation platforms
Experience with finance, billing, or HR processes, especially in edtech, bootcamps, or online learning
