Design and oversee experiments for adhesives, coatings, and materials
Develop project plans and timelines for R&D objectives
Present research findings to cross-functional leaders
Research new materials for growth and quality improvements
Monitor emerging technologies and industry patents

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering
Experience in experimental design and statistical data analysis
Strong analytical skills for complex technical projects
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Passion for innovation and proof of concept development
