BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director of Supply Chain - Commercial to lead packaging engineering and manage ex-US commercial manufacturing and distribution. This remote role focuses on ensuring serialization compliance and overseeing artwork management.
What you will do
- Lead commercial packaging engineering for primary, secondary and serialized packaging
- Manage ex-US commercial manufacturing and distribution with CMOs and international affiliates
- Oversee end-to-end artwork management
- Ensure serialization and track-and-trace compliance across markets
- Lead packaging and process validation in partnership with Quality and Regulatory
- Manage commercial manufacturing budget, capacity commitments and supplier performance
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in packaging engineering, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or related field
- 10+ years in commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply
- Demonstrated packaging engineering background across primary and secondary packaging
- Hands-on ex-US commercial manufacturing and distribution experience
- Deep expertise in artwork management, serialization, and packaging validation
- Strong command of GMP, change control and regulatory expectations for commercial packaging
Nice to have
- Experience launching a commercial product in US and ex-US markets
- Familiarity with EU FMD, US DSCSA and comparable global serialization regulations
- Travel availability of 20%-25%
