Sinclair is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Excellence to lead operational improvements at their site in Almere. This role focuses on aligning manufacturing output with demand while driving efficiency and quality across multiple production sites.
What you will do
- Ensure manufacturing output aligns with demand plans
- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost performance
- Monitor and optimize key operational KPIs
- Lead deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Establish continuous improvement framework across sites
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to plant teams
What you bring
- Proven experience in manufacturing leadership within pharma, medical devices, or injectables
- Strong understanding of MDD/MDR, GMP, and quality systems
- Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
- Experience managing or supporting multiple manufacturing sites
- Strong understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and production alignment
- Track record of improving operational performance and driving efficiency
