DoiT is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Analytics House team. In this role, you will guide engineers, contribute to code, and drive key technical decisions. You will also shape team culture and growth.

What you will do

Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development
Write and review code, drive architectural decisions
Own team commitments and run planning and delivery cadence
Hire for the team, interview and make decisions
Communicate upward, downward, and sideways with other teams
Develop engineers through 1:1s, growth plans, and feedback

What you bring

10+ years of engineering experience
4+ years in engineering management with active coding
Experience building cloud-based SaaS products on AWS, GCP, or Azure
API-first mindset
Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery
Track record of transforming an engineering team

Nice to have

Established AI-augmented workflow
Hands-on experience with more than one cloud provider
Background in scaling teams, processes, or technical systems
