QbD Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their IVD CRO team. You will oversee project planning and execution, guide study coordinators, and serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders. This is a remote role within a global, award-winning company.

What you will do

Oversee planning and execution of all projects within the team
Support and guide Study Coordinators
Implement project management tools and templates
Monitor project portfolios for risks, deviations, and resource utilization
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects
Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders

What you bring

Master's or PhD in relevant scientific discipline or equivalent by experience
Minimum 7 years project management experience in CRO, IVD, medical device, or life sciences
Experience with complex cross-functional projects with global stakeholders
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic and hands-on
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic mindset
