OKX is seeking a Growth Manager to lead its Influencer Program. In this remote role, you will drive brand visibility by identifying and partnering with key opinion leaders across European markets.
What you will do
- Map and rank top influencers per market
- Identify competitor amplifiers
- Run direct outreach and manage inbound portal
- Acquire and negotiate deals with KOLs
- Build and maintain brief templates and asset kits
- Distribute narrative updates to roster
What you bring
- Years running an influencer or creator program, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments
- Built a ranked outreach target list from scratch
- Can negotiate and retain creators on non-cash-per-conversion basis
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics
- Comfortable being measured on SOV, sentiment, and response speed
- Native or fluent in at least one EEA market language plus English
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with crypto/finance YouTubers, X voices, or podcast hosts in a key European market
- Understanding of local EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements
