About the job
OKX is looking for a Senior Affiliate Business Development Manager to drive growth across Western Europe. In this remote role, you will focus on maximizing revenue through affiliate onboarding and retention while expanding the user base and brand awareness.
What you will do
- Maximize revenue through affiliate onboarding and retention
- Expand user base and brand awareness
- Recruit new affiliates, KOLs, and trading communities
- Manage relationships with local crypto influencers
- Initiate partnership meetings and explore cooperation opportunities
- Collaborate with product team and analyze competitors
What you bring
- Solid affiliate marketing experience in cryptocurrency
- Experience building large affiliate networks from scratch
- Project management skills with multiple priorities
- Understanding of affiliate acquisition KPIs and optimization
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Nice to have
- Experience with cross-time zone and cross-cultural teams
- Previous work at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker
- Passion for blockchain technology and crypto trading
- Dutch speaker
- Immediate availability
