About the job
Hire Resolve.com is seeking mid-senior level legal professionals for remote positions. You will provide commercially focused legal advice and support on a range of matters.
What you will do
- Provide commercially focused legal advice on operational and strategic matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Support corporate, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, privacy, procurement, governance, or real estate matters
- Manage external counsel and service providers
- Assist with legal risk assessments and dispute management
- Contribute to compliance programmes and policy development
What you bring
- Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent legal degree
- For advocaat roles: admission to the Dutch Bar
- 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience
- Capability in commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, privacy/GDPR, or legal operations
- Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
- Professional fluency in English; Dutch often preferred or required
