About the job
Hire Resolve.com is seeking mid- to senior-level legal professionals to join their team in Tilburg. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage contracts, and support compliance initiatives for a dynamic organization.
What you will do
- Provide legal advice to business stakeholders and clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Manage external counsel and service providers
- Assist with legal risk assessments and mitigations
- Support dispute management and litigation oversight
- Contribute to compliance programmes and policy development
What you bring
- Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent legal degree
- 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience
- Demonstrated capability in commercial contracts, corporate governance, or related areas
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and handle sensitive information
Nice to have
- Admission to the Dutch Bar for advocaat roles
- Dutch language proficiency
- Familiarity with document management, CLM, and e-billing tools
