About the job

Solplanet is looking for a Service Engineer to provide technical support and commissioning services. This remote role involves troubleshooting, collaborating with international teams, and managing service logistics.

What you will do

• Provide technical troubleshooting support via phone or digital channels
• Provide commissioning support remotely or on-site
• Collaborate with international and local colleagues to resolve customer issues
• Plan and coordinate logistics for inverter replacement and collection
• Support qualification, onboarding and management of new service partners
• Document case information using CRM software

What you bring

• State-certified electrician, preferably specialized in photovoltaic technology or renewable energy
• Fluent in Dutch and business-fluent in English
• In-depth knowledge of technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and performance driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

• French language skills
• Prior work experience in PV related industry
