Hightouch is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of Solutions Engineers. In this remote role, you will partner with Account Executives to deliver demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences during pilot and closing phases.
What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver demonstrations and proofs-of-concept
- Develop technical expertise in Data Activation, CDP, data warehousing, and integration platforms
- Ensure exceptional customer experience during pilot and closing phases
- Engage with customers to understand data activation needs and architect solutions
- Design and maintain playbooks, demo environments, and tools for efficient technical validations
What you bring
- Strong technical background with client-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales
- Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams
- Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or APIs for data integration
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud data platforms, or related industries with customer engagement
- Self-starter able to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Exceptional presentation skills with technical credibility for executive and engineering audiences
Nice to have
- Startup experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Previous experience as a technical go-to-market resource for a data-centric product
- Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing team
