Keylane is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Utrecht. In this role, you act as the bridge between customers and the Scrum team, translating requirements into user-friendly software solutions. You analyze needs from both sides and define user stories for implementation.

What you will do

Analyze requirements from customers and developers
Translate requirements into user-friendly software solutions
Bridge gap between customers and Scrum team
Define user stories for implementation
Act as sparring partner for developers and testers
Present changes to customers in sprint reviews and collect feedback

What you bring

Enjoy interacting with customers and technical teams
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and break them down
Effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
Committed to understanding customer needs and driving product improvement
Foundational understanding of software development principles and technologies
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Speaking Dutch
Familiar with insurance industry
Familiar with data modelling
Interest in using AI-assisted development tools
