Keylane is looking for a Consultant Release Management to join their team in Utrecht. In this role, you coordinate releases across internal departments and customers, troubleshoot deployment issues, and standardize release processes. You help ensure smooth integration of new features while maintaining clear documentation.

What you will do

Coordinate releases across internal departments and customers
Troubleshoot and resolve release and deployment issues
Plan, communicate, and execute releases
Integrate new features into controlled releases
Standardize release processes across customers and products
Maintain release documentation and runbooks

What you bring

Minimum 1 year experience in release management, incident management, support, or operations
Background in IT, SaaS, or pensions
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive and quality-focused mindset
Ability to coordinate across teams and handle multiple priorities

Nice to have

Familiarity with ITIL, ASL, BiSL, or similar frameworks
Ability to work in Dutch
