About the job

As Delivery Manager at Keylane, you take end-to-end responsibility for all projects within your cluster, combining people management with strategic customer contact. You lead a team of over 30 employees and manage the cluster's profit and loss, making your role pivotal to both operational success and client satisfaction.

What you will do

End-to-end responsible for all projects in the cluster
Responsible for people management for a cluster (30+ employees)
Profit & Loss responsible of the cluster
Participates in steering committees of customers within cluster
Networking and customer contact on operational and tactical level

What you bring

Skilled at leading and motivating your team
Committed to understanding and meeting customer needs
Proficient in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Capable of identifying issues, analysing data, and making informed decisions
Experience or affinity with maintaining accurate financial administration
Speaking the Dutch language (near fluently) is mandatory

What you get
