ViCentra B.V. is looking for a Director Marketing EMEA to lead the EU marketing strategy for the Kaleido system. This hybrid role in Utrecht offers the chance to drive growth across European markets while managing a team of marketing professionals.

What you will do

  • Own and execute annual EU marketing strategy for Kaleido system
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns for HCP, patient, and payer audiences
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of EU marketing managers
  • Safeguard brand consistency across EU markets
  • Provide strategic direction to country Marketing Managers
  • Own EU digital marketing strategy, website, SEO/SEA, CRM, email, and social

What you bring

  • 10+ years progressive marketing experience in MedTech, medical devices, or digital health
  • At least 5 years at senior/director level
  • Experience leading EU multi-market marketing functions
  • Experience with new market entry strategy and execution in EU healthcare markets
  • Deep understanding of HCP and patient marketing in Type 1 diabetes or adjacent area
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Nice to have

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, or Dutch is a strong plus
