About the job

ViCentra B.V. is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their team in Utrecht. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth HR operations. This role is central to supporting a mission-driven company.

What you will do

  • Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management
  • Process payroll via third-party provider ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and compliance
  • Handle mobility topics like visa applications and relocations
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports

What you bring

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar people operations role at a scaling company
  • Solid background in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, Dutch labor law, HR policies, CLA/Non-CLA, and TWV procedures
  • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and handling confidential information
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset
  • Self-starter with solutions-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective team player
