JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is looking for a Global Strategic Manager to lead category sourcing strategies for Rigids & Glass. In this hybrid role based in Utrecht, you will drive global initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions.

What you will do

  • Develop and align global category sourcing strategies, lead execution, track benefits
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across regions, functions, and business units
  • Measure and benchmark supplier performance for competitive edge
  • Manage supplier selection, negotiate and contract key global suppliers
  • Leverage global scale for productivity pipelines in cost, cash, sustainability
  • Maintain strategic agreements and supplier relationships for capacity and compliance

What you bring

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Track record of delivering best-in-class category results
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams focused on lowest total cost of ownership
