What you will do
- Design and execute outreach programs, in-app notifications, and webinars
- Help customers implement and see value of AI-driven features
- Use data triggers and CRM automations to identify customer needs
- Engage with customers in meetings when personal touch is needed
- Manage a segment of the business portfolio
What you bring
- Approximately one year of professional experience
- High degree of technical affinity
- Business proficiency in Dutch and English
- Can translate complex technical topics into clear advice
- Self-starter with a hacker mindset
