Axual is looking for a Head of Sales to lead its sales efforts in Utrecht. You will define and execute the sales strategy, own revenue targets, and manage the full enterprise sales cycle. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who thrives on building strategic relationships and driving scalable growth.

What you bring
- 8+ years B2B enterprise sales experience
- Sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of building and executing sales strategies
- Experience selling to large complex organizations
- Comfortable selling to technical and executive audiences
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS, middleware, integration, API management, data platforms, event streaming, or cloud infrastructure
