About the job

Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Finance Associate to support financial operations at its Utrecht office. In this role, you contribute to reporting, budgeting, and analysis that drive business decisions.

What you will do

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling
Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
Conduct financial analysis for business decisions, including profitability, cost, and ROI analysis
Collaborate with departments to collect financial information and provide insights

What you bring

Knowledge of accounting, tax, finance, audit, and relevant laws
Good spoken and written English
Natural aptitude for analysis and working with numbers

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (formerly Navision) and/or Fairmas
