JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR strategy for the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as a sparring partner for the sales director and manage a small team of HR business partners.
What you will do
- Co-create and implement HR strategy for the Netherlands
- Act as sparring partner for the sales director
- Lead the HR business partnering team of 2 FTE
- Develop communication and engagement programs for field teams
- Lead local change projects and liaise with works council and unions
- Participate in the HR Northern Europe community
What you bring
- At least 7 years of solid HR experience
- People management experience preferred
- Experience in international FMCG, B2B or Retail
- Comfortable in a matrix organization
- Able to influence senior stakeholders
- Fluency in Dutch and English
