JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR strategy for the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as a sparring partner for the sales director and manage a small team of HR business partners.

  • Co-create and implement HR strategy for the Netherlands
  • Act as sparring partner for the sales director
  • Lead the HR business partnering team of 2 FTE
  • Develop communication and engagement programs for field teams
  • Lead local change projects and liaise with works council and unions
  • Participate in the HR Northern Europe community

Wat je meebrengt

  • At least 7 years of solid HR experience
  • People management experience preferred
  • Experience in international FMCG, B2B or Retail
  • Comfortable in a matrix organization
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
