Peddler is looking for a Hub Shift Lead to oversee operations at their Utrecht location. In this role, you ensure smooth communication between the hub and headquarters while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What you will do
- Lead communication between hub and headquarters
- Close the hub and prepare for next shift
- Support team with onboarding and problem-solving
- Control quality and quantity for irregularities
- Track hours, shifts, and KPIs
- Fix processes and remove blockers
What you bring
- Availability on evenings or mornings 4 weekdays plus every Saturday
- B2-level English
- Eye for quality, safety, and security rules
- Physically fit for walking and lifting
- Discipline, organisational skills, ability to focus
Nice to have
- Previous experience in hub or logistics
- Relevant certificate like EPT or forklift
