About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Amersfoort. In this role, you will lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders while taking ownership of productivity and safety during your shift. You'll also perform hands-on tasks like picking, packing, and inbounding, and act as the right-hand of the Hub Manager.

What you will do

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders
• Take ownership of productivity and safety during shift
• Perform hands-on picking, packing, and inbounding
• Act as right-hand of Hub Manager and step up in their absence
• Coach team members on the floor
• Assist with inbound deliveries, order picking, bike fleet checks, hygiene, and onboarding

What you bring

• Enjoy working with people and be team point of contact
• Be hands-on and love operations work
• Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate team daily
• Have some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Be available for at least 24 hours per week
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
