About the job

As a Junior Project Engineer Wind at Ballast Nedam, you will help develop installation methods for offshore wind foundations. You will work on complex international marine infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment.

What you will do

Develop installation methods for offshore wind foundations and BoP scopes
Build tender plannings including sequences, durations, and weather windows
Provide technical input for cost estimates of vessels, equipment, materials, and manpower
Request and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
Identify technical risks and opportunities, propose alternatives
Prepare technical documents and tender deliverables

What you bring

Completed bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Maritime, or Offshore Engineering
0-3 years of experience
Analytical mindset with planning and numerical skills
Willingness to work abroad for long periods after tender win
Good command of English and Dutch

Nice to have

Relevant internship or graduation project in offshore wind
