About the job
Kraft Heinz is looking for a Planning & Logistics Manager to lead their supply chain operations in Utrecht. You will act as a member of the Site Leadership Team, driving production planning and material availability.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the Planning & Logistics team
- Act as member of Site Leadership Team
- Translate demand, capacity, materials and inventory into production plan
- Ensure material availability and resolve shortages
- Manage flow of goods from receipt to shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and reduce obsolete stock
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
- At least five years of manufacturing supply chain experience
- Two years in a leadership role
- Experience in production planning, material planning, inventory and warehouse or logistics operations
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- AI skills, data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience with Lean, KHMS or similar manufacturing excellence system
