Kraft Heinz is looking for a Portfolio & Innovation Senior Manager EM to join their Amsterdam office. This role focuses on curating the regional innovation agenda and leading the front end of innovation for transformational projects.
What you will do
- Curate regional transformational innovation agenda across priority platforms
- Lead Front End Innovation phase for transformational projects
- Consolidate and report regional innovation and renovation tracking
- Partner with R&D on Product Superiority program and technology platforms
- Facilitate cross-market alignment and lift-and-launch opportunities
What you bring
- Experience in marketing, category, innovation, or strategy
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams
Nice to have
- Experience in product development and innovation
