PA Consulting is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead engagements in the defence sector. Based in Utrecht, this hybrid role focuses on providing strategic advice to defence organizations and optimizing their capabilities.
What you will do
- Lead consulting engagements with defense organizations
- Provide strategic advice on defense policy and capability development
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize defense capabilities
- Cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of defense industry experience
- Track record of leading consulting engagements
- Deep understanding of defense policy and operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience with Ministry of Defence or management consultancy
- Additional language skills are a plus
