As a Senior Business or Enterprise Architect at PA Consulting, you will work with clients on integrated business, IT, and cultural change processes. You will lead stakeholder management and organizational change, and contribute to sales initiatives and thought leadership.

What you will do

Lead stakeholder management and organizational change
Contribute to sales initiatives and thought leadership
Develop competencies and propositions to acquire new clients and assignments

What you bring

At least 5 to 7 years of consulting experience with clients
High-level knowledge of business and technology architecture concepts
Experience in one or more specialisms like enterprise architecture or IT strategy
Familiar with latest standards in customer experience, integration, and analytics platforms
Vision of future digital trends and their impact on organizations
Proven experience as an Enterprise, Domain or Solution Architect

Nice to have

Experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in modelling business processes
Active network in financial services, manufacturing or public sector
