PA Consulting is seeking a Managing Consultant for its Public Services Defence practice in Utrecht. In this role, you will lead consulting engagements and provide strategic advice to defence organizations, focusing on policy and capability development.
What you will do
- Lead consulting engagements with defence organizations
- Provide strategic advice on defence policy and capability development
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design strategies and processes
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of defence industry experience
- Track record of leading consulting engagements
- Deep understanding of defence policy and operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Advanced degree
- Experience with Ministry of Defence or Armed Forces
- Additional language skills
- Dutch nationality
