Keylane is looking for a Medior / Senior Java Software Engineer to join their team in Utrecht. You will build new functionality and improvements for their SaaS platform, collaborating with business analysts and test engineers. This role involves taking responsibility for a vital part of the software and using AI-assisted tools across the development lifecycle.

Optimize performance, usability, testability and maintainability
Analyze complex problems with colleagues from various teams
Use AI-assisted tools across the software development lifecycle

What you bring

Passionate about software engineering with strong analytical skills
Experience with Java, IntelliJ, Git, Gradle, Angular and Docker
Experience with SQL and databases like DB2 and PostgreSQL
Able to create and perform unit, system and integration tests
Understand Agile way of working, tools and techniques
Interest in using AI-assisted development tools

Nice to have

Experience with or interest in CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Bash, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, Chef
Experience integrating AI-assisted development into CI/CD practices
