About the job
PSI CRO is looking for a Specialist Talent Acquisition to join their team on a one-year contract. In this remote role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing, while supporting clinical research projects.
What you will do
- Develop and post job advertisements
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Screen candidates and conduct first-round interviews
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System records
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and full working proficiency in Dutch
Nice to have
- Recruitment experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of German
