What you will do

  • Plan and organize trainings and events
  • Upgrade and improve the Coffee Academy with creative ideas
  • Maintain and nurture the digital knowledge hub
  • Develop an engaging remote concept for the Coffee Academy
  • Craft workshops to spread coffee passion among stakeholders

What you bring

  • Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program, preferably in Learning & Development or Communication
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Structured approach, driven and energetic personality
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
