JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is looking for a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Intern to support global nutrition and regulatory projects. You will work on developing data structures, tools, and training materials that help manage nutrition requirements and portfolio assessments.

What you will do

Conduct literature review on internal nutrition guidelines
Research tools to manage local nutrition measures
Build data structure for nutrition requirements and portfolio assessment
Develop templates, decision trees, and risk assessment tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Create training materials and standard operating procedures

What you bring

Enrolled in BSc or MSc program in Food Sciences or Data Science
Strong MS Office skills
Data savvy
Fluent in English
Structured approach
Available for 5 months from March 2027
