Join JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS as a Learning Experience Designer Intern in their R&D Coffee Academy. You will design and digitize expert modules while collaborating with topic owners and subject matter experts. This hybrid internship in Utrecht offers a chance to shape learning experiences for R&D professionals.

What you will do

Design and digitize expert modules
Collaborate with topic owners and subject matter experts on learning objectives and target audiences
Decide learning format (online, blended, or in-person) with topic owners
Convert existing materials into digital modules using tools like Easy Generator, PowerPoint, Canva, and M365 Copilot
Define skills and competencies per expert module from an R&D perspective
Create a competence and skills framework per module for R&D

What you bring

Enrolled in a MSc program for the entire internship
Strong interest in learning design, knowledge transfer, and capability building
Experience creating a portfolio with learning modules, frameworks, and learning journey design
Hands-on experience with modern digital learning platforms and AI-supported tools
Structured approach, driven and energetic personality
Excellent communication and people skills, ability to work in a team and independently
