About the job
PSI CRO is looking for a German-Speaking Recruiter to join their team on a one-year temporary contract. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing, and support hiring managers in finding top talent.
What you will do
- Develop and post job advertisements
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Screen candidates and conduct first-round interviews
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System records
- Build candidate pipelines for future roles
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Fluent English
- Full working proficiency in German
