About the job

Umdasch Group is hiring a Sales Representative to drive the growth of its AT-PAC brand across the Benelux region. Based in Velp, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and build lasting customer relationships.

What you will do

Establish and develop AT-PAC’s presence in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory
Build sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Prepare sales plans, presentations, proposals, and offers

What you bring

At least five years of B2B sales or business development experience in scaffolding, construction, or related technical field
Strong professional proficiency in Dutch/Flemish, French, and English
Proven experience in new business development and building customer base
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently in Benelux
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently

Nice to have

Strong knowledge of scaffolding and system scaffolding
