About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for an Assistant Supervisor Inbound to coordinate daily warehouse activities on the floor in Venlo. In this role, you will coach and motivate team members while monitoring KPIs and identifying bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.
What you will do
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities on the floor
- Coach, guide and motivate team members and line leads
- Create daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity and quality
- Identify bottlenecks and take action when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes
What you bring
- MBO level of education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics
- Fluent in English
- Strong coordination skills and ability to maintain overview
- Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility
Nice to have
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel
