About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Supervisor Control Tower to coordinate daily warehouse operations in Venlo. You will lead team meetings, monitor processes, and coach staff to achieve performance targets.
What you will do
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure KPIs are achieved
- Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs
- Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day
- Manage staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning
- Coach and motivate the team to maintain high performance
What you bring
- MBO working level with experience or HBO starter
- Minimum 1 year as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor
- Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts
